About Summit Landscape
Our History
Summit Landscape is a local design and install landscape construction company in Hillsboro, Oregon. Summit is owned and operated by Travis Pursell who has been growing the business since 2003. We are confident we can tackle any landscaping project and transform it into a beautiful outdoor space to be proud of.
Initially focusing on lawn maintenance for residential and small commercial customers, Summit Landscape quickly expanded into the installation and redesign aspects of the business, thanks to positive referrals and word-of-mouth recommendations. Over the years, we have become experts in these landscape arenas and have experienced tremendous growth, particularly in the last six years.
We take pride in our strong partnerships within the industry and our licensure as an all-phase landscape contractor in Oregon.

I called Summit Landscape Inc. after my daughter-in-law found several positive reviews regarding Summit on Facebook. We were interested in having artificial turf installed in our backyard. I spoke to Summit Landscape owner, Travis Purcell. He was able to meet me at our home that same afternoon and explained the process and discussed the turf options, etc. I received a detailed estimate the very next day!
I contacted two other landscapers to secure additional estimates. Only one of the other two landscapers showed up and his estimate was received 4 days after he came to see the backyard.
